You might want to tone down your attitude...

Well Metal Matt, I can see where you got that idea, because sequences like that in the opening of a movie typically end up being some sort of dream. I mean none of the previous 4 movies opened up like that, and there was some sense of mystery coming into Seed because we didn't know much about Glen.

Well to that I say NO SHIT! Rude much? Had to clarify since you didn't understand what my first post was trying to say. No when Glen was having the dream in the beginning it wasn't very obvious (although the way he stabbed the father and fell down the stairs without even a reaction from the daughter should have been a good enough hint, but whatever), but we are shown right after that it WAS a dream. The ending isn't like that and I think if it wasn't meant to be real something more obvious would have been shown.

I just assumed they used POV because they didn't want to spoil Glen's identity right off the bat. I mean they barely showed him in the trailers. I think they showed the half-body mirror shit and that's it.
I was on the edge of my seat during the scene, and as soon as heard his laugh and saw his little white puppet hand my heart got racing.

That does not make sense. It wasn't obvious Glen's dream at the beginning was one. Yeah, it was kinda obvious that Glen's dream at the beginning was indeed a dream when he woke up pissing his pants and it was revealed to be a dream... The ending was never hinted, or alluded to be a dream Also, watch the attitude. People have opinions, you have yours, they have theirs, that's the point of a debate

I thought it was Chucky at the beginning to be honest, with different clothes, until you briefly saw Glen's face in the flash of lightning. Also the panting and sounds that he made ended up confirming that for me.

Of COURSE it was obvious it was a dream when he WAKES UP. LOL. I'm not talking about - no, no, I give up.

Yes, but the waking up was what made it obvious...
They're not gonna make it obvious during the dream sequence and ruin the illusion are they?

Also, I'd give up too... There's no point in trying to educate all us simple fans is there?

I'm not talking about when he wakes up…I'm talking about during the actual dream itself. The MAJORITY of the dream dude. From the beginning to when he pisses his pants/wakes up.

You're saying it wasn't obvious that the opening sequence was a dream... During the actual dream...
