What do you think? I'll bring up one no one ever seems to bring up.
It's when he's burying Tommy and just laughs as he throws the dirt on.

I always found the close up shot of his torn face right before he hits the fan in CP3 to be scary.
My parents took me to the theater to see CP3 and I remember my mother yelling "OH... THAT FUCKING FACE!" lol.

It'd have to be a scene from CP2. The one where he's burying Tommy is pretty sadistic.

The bit where he's attempting to transfer his soul into Andy near the end of the first film. Mike and Karen are hammering on the door to get in, he hears them... As he turns towards the door and pauses the chant, he has a look of anger, desperation and humanity aacross his face that when I look at it as a still image, looks incredibly evil

And the way he just turns back to continue is creepy.
I always found the look of glee he had right before stabbing Grace to be creepy. He even makes his voice sound all funny. "Amaaaaazing ISN'T IT?"

The shot where he looks down at Andy after the chat didn't work in CP2 always kinda creeped me out. But of course when I was like 6 the first time I saw the movie, I thought the chant worked and that was Andy in the doll.
