Halloween Hell

[Metal Matt]

So, I've read Trilogy of Terror, and it's pretty good. It honestly motivates me to write again. This time, it'll be a brand new original story. This revolves around The Metal Army, Metal Matt, Spanky, and Gee, taking a trip to Metal City, where every night is Halloween. Oh, the adventures they'll get into...



ACT I:



"So, what did you think?"

This was the question posed to Metal Matt by his closest friends, Spanky and Gee. The question was about their story they had written with their English friend Simon. The story in question was called "Trilogy Of Terror".

"It's pretty good." Metal Matt said.

Metal Matt wasn't lying. It was pretty good. It motivated him to do some more writing of his own. Granted, his stories were only retellings of his experiences, but he liked writing. He liked how it would relieve any stress he had. But then he realized that last night was Halloween. He had a ton of fun handing out candy and scaring random kids. He kind of wanted to do it again. And he knew exactly where to do it.

"You know," Metal Matt began, "Maybe I should return to my old stomping grounds of Metal City. For one night only. Just to see how Halloween is going."

"Isn't Halloween over?" Spanky asked.

"You could say that, though I celebrate Halloween every day." Metal Matt said.

He wasn't lying. Metal Matt's Halloween decorations were up all year round. Well, at least half of them anyway. The other half consisted of Christmas decorations. Metal Matt and Gee loved Christmas. Spanky, not so much. Why? Not even Metal Matt knew. Perhaps he would never find out.

"And in Metal City, Halloween is every night." Metal Matt revealed.

"Every night? What about the day?" Gee asked.

"There's no day involved. It's nothing but the night time in Metal City." Metal Matt proudly said. He loved the night life. He found it very peaceful.

"That's interesting. I'd want to go to this place." Gee said.

"Yeah, me too." Spanky agreed.

"So let's go, let's do this." Metal Matt said as he grabbed the keys to his car, which he affectionately referred to as Black Sunshine #2. The three got in and drove to Metal City. The car ride was rather interesting. The radio was often on the Hard Rock/Heavy Metal station. All three loved it. Metal Matt then put it on the 80s station. "The Promise" by When In Rome was playing.





The three started singing along.

"I'M SORRY BUT I'M JUST THINKING OF THE RIGHT WORDS TO SAY I KNOW THEY DON'T SOUND THE WAY I PLANNED THEM TO BE BUT IF YOU WAIT A WHILE I'LL MAKE YOU FALL FOR ME I PROMISE I PROMISE YOU" Metal Matt, Spanky, and Gee sang. The song ended and Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell" came on.






"Oh yeah, this is my jam!" Metal Matt yelled.

"Yeah, Billy Idol is awesome!" Gee said.

"Last night a little dancer Came dancin' to my door" Metal Matt began.

"Last night a little angel Came pumpin cross my floor" Spanky added.

"She said honey baby You got a license for love" Gee added.

"And if it expires Bring hell from above because..." The three all sang along simultaneously.

"BECAUSE IN THE MIDNIGHT HOUR, SHE CRIED MORE MORE MORE! WITH A REBEL YELL, SHE CRIED MORE MORE MORE" The three sang.

They continued to sing 80s jams as they finally arrived at their destination.

Metal City.

The city looked as good as it always did. All the kids were dressed in their Halloween costumes. Skeletons, ghosts, and Big Lebowski costumes were seen all over.

"See how cool Halloween is here?" Metal Matt said.

"Meh. Better than Christmas." Spanky said.

"Oh, me and Metal Matt will get you into the Christmas spirit." Gee said.

"Maybe I should go visit Tiffany, see how she's doing." Metal Matt thought out loud.

Metal Matt hadn't heard from Tiffany in a couple of weeks. A year prior, she had successfully transferred her soul into Jade, a resident of Metal City. Metal Matt, Spanky, and Gee went to Tiffany's trailer, only to find a note on the door:

Gone to Italy on vacation.

Be back in a couple of weeks!

"Well, that's just great." Metal Matt sarcastically said. He really wanted to see Tiffany.

"Out of curiosity, how long are we going to be here?" Spanky asked.

"We'll stay the night. American Horror Story comes on tomorrow, so we should be back in L.A. by then." Metal Matt said. He knew that the three of them didn't want to miss the new episode of AHS. As long as Emma Roberts wasn't in it, they would be fine.

"You can stay in Jesse's old home." Metal Matt said to Spanky and Gee, referring to Metal Matt and Tiffany's old neighbor who was killed the previous year.

Metal Matt opened the door and saw a kid hanging from the ceiling via a belt.

The kid had committed suicide.

"What the hell?" Gee said. She couldn't believe her eyes.

Spanky laughed.

"That's just weird." Metal Matt said. He couldn't believe it either.

Metal Matt took the kid down and removed the belt from his neck. There was a mark on his neck from the belt. It made the kid's head look like a voodoo shrunken head compared to the rest of his body.

It was just disturbing to see.

There was something weird going on...

Act II:


Metal Matt, Spanky, and Gee arrived at the Gasworks. It was still the same as ever. Nothing much has changed about it. Metal Matt still loved this place. The three went and sat at the bar. Van Halen's "Finish What Ya Started" was playing over the speaker system. Metal Matt wasn't a huge fan of the Sammy Hagar era of Van Halen, but he could tolerate it. Much more than the Gary Cherone era.


"Get me and my friends a drink." Metal Matt told the bartender.

Of course, Metal Matt would have some red Kool-Aid, why not? It was probably the best beverage out there. He knew Spanky would have some beer. No surprise there. He also ordered some water, because why not.

"I'll have some blue Kool-Aid." Gee said.

All Metal Matt could think about was the kid who hanged himself in Jesse's old trailer. It was just so weird. Yeah, Metal Matt was a killer, but he only killed teenagers and adults. The fact that a child this young would take his own life was just disturbing. Metal Matt was determined to find out what it was.

"Hey, you alright, Metal Matt?" Gee asked. Metal Matt didn't look too good. Like something was really bugging him.

"Yeah, I'm alright." Metal Matt lied. "Just that kid in the trailer. It's just weird, you know?"

"Yeah, I guess so." Spanky said. Spanky had a sick sense of humor, but even this was a bit too dark for him.

"WHOA WHOA WHOA WHOA" Sammy Hagar's distinctive and powerful voice wailed over the sound system.

"Yeah, dude, you need to take the edge off. Here, have some-" Spanky said before being cut off by Metal Matt.

"No, I don't want any beer." Metal Matt sternly said. Spanky should know that by now.

"Well, how about this pill?" Spanky asked.

"A pill?" Metal Matt had never tried a pill before. "What kind of pill?"

"It's some type of painkiller pill or something like that. Relieves stress. I'm not sure how it'll effect an immortal being like yourself, but for me it works wonders. Try it!" Spanky explained.

"Screw it, why not?" Metal Matt reasoned. There was a first time for everything.

Metal Matt swallowed Spanky's purple pill. At first, nothing seemed to happen. Then Metal Matt closed his eyes.

When he opened them, he found himself on the streets of Metal City. But this Metal City was different. It was more disturbing and perverted than it had ever been. Metal Matt walked down the streets of Metal City, and everything was out of whack. He entered an apartment building. It was originally his fiance Christina's apartment building. But Christina had been dead for a long time. He was half expecting it to be desolated and empty. He opened the door to find a brunette dominatrix and her customer, a slightly overweight man, naked with a dog collar on and a red ball gag in his mouth.

"You've been a bad boy, haven't you?" The woman said. She had a thick Russian accent.

"Yes, mistress, I have." The man said. His words were muffled due to the ball gag.

The dominatrix whipped him several times.

"Treat me like the dog I am, mistress." The man said.

The mistress then finished up with the man and the man left. The mistress then turned in Metal Matt's direction and walked right through him to the other room. Like he wasn't even there.


This is weird, Metal Matt thought to himself. Is this the real life, or is this just fantasy? Metal Matt wasn't too sure. It had to be because of that pill.

Metal Matt exited the apartment and walked to another house. It was empty and desolated. This was what he thought Christina's apartment would look like. He then saw a twenty something man looking in the mirror. He was holding a shotgun in his right hand. The man turned around and looked at Metal Matt. Metal Matt wasn't sure if he could actually be seen by Metal Matt or not. Nevertheless, the man looked at Metal Matt, and shot himself in the mouth. Blood splashed on both him and Metal Matt. The man's tongue, now visible, flipped around like a fish out of water.

Metal Matt walked the streets and tons of violence was happening. Sledgehammers smashing peoples' skulls, prositutes having sex with millionaires out in the streets, everything was happening. Such a weird thing to happen. What was in this pill? Such a strange side effect.


Metal Matt simply moved on to the streets, finally getting to Tiffany's apartment. He expected Spanky and Gee to be in there, but they weren't. He then saw the hanged boy from Jesse's trailer inside, hovering over he and Tiffany's bed. He attempted to ignore it and turned on the TV. Maybe something good would be on there. He then saw a man being electrocuted. He turned to another channel and a man was shot point blank in the head. Blood poured out of his head. Metal Matt turned to another channel and saw a man in a black zoot suit.

"Hey, hey, hey! You've just tuned into the 24 hour Snuff Channel! Watch people get murdered, tortured, mutilated, everything you can imagine! We take requests as well! Now, back to the action!" The man said.

A 24 hour snuff channel? Now that was unique. And every channel was like this. Suddenly the door busted open, and Spanky and Gee walked in, both of them bleeding profusely. Somebody had hurt them. This made Metal Matt's blood boil. He couldn't stand to see his friends get hurt. Metal Matt got shot himself by a mysterious assailant as Metal Matt, Spanky, and Gee were in a pool of blood...







Metal Matt then woke up. He was laying in he and Tiffany's bed. He saw the TV was on. A rerun of That 70s Show was on. It was Metal Matt's favorite show. No 24 hour snuff channel to be found. What he was really worried about was Spanky and Gee. He wanted to make sure that they were okay. At that point, the two walked in the door.

"Hey, Metal Matt, you alright?" Gee asked.

"Yeah, you passed out after you took that pill." Spanky said.

"Yeah, what the hell did you do to me?" Metal Matt asked. That pill must have had a strange side effect.

"Well, I told you that you might react a bit differently than normal people would. You have a bit different blood than everybody else's." Spanky explained.

"Yeah, probably because you're immortal, you have different blood, Type O Negative blood. I did some research on this stuff, it's pretty cool." Gee said.

"Well, I'm just glad you two are alright. I can't stand the thought of you two getting hurt. Such a strange hallucination." Metal Matt admitted.

Metal Matt slowly got out of bed. He was then hit by an axe in the back of his head, sending him into a bookshelf. Metal Matt was bleeding profusely from the back of his head. Metal Matt turned around. He wanted to know who did that. Then he saw who it was. And for the first time in years, he was genuinely shocked. Spanky and Gee were genuinely shocked as well.




He was back.






Chucky was back.
