It was either before or during the release of Seed, but apparently there was a scene of a kid running in the rain towards Tiffany's house? He was going to warn her the dolls were alive, but one of the dolls put an axe in his back.

I don't know where Blah heard this but it was probably from Wikipedia. There was another rumor that Chris Sarandon was going to return as Mike Norris in Seed. That would have been awesome. That character really needs to come back and it would be cool if he makes an appearance in Chucky 7.

Any reference to the first three films in Seed would have been amazing.
I think that's another reason why older fans got slighted with Bride and Seed. It felt like the franchise abandoned ship on itself. Almost like the Child's Play trilogy didn't happen.
Granted you didn't see Freddy always refer to Nancy or Michael Myers also go after Lori Strode in every sequel but they kept to form so the feeling was still intact. Bride and even more so with Seed made me feel like...
"Chucky... I don't know you anymore" :, (

I read it on IMDB. Someone even said a shot was in the trailer! But the only person ever running on the street was Glen's owner.
ALSO, apparently back then there was a clip of Claudia's dad getting killed, and remember when he said "Wow you are hideous"? Apparently when Glen stabbed him he said "So is this". Does anyone else remember that?
I also remember the Mike Norris rumor. That has to be bullshit right?

I'd say so because I read every little nook and cranny of Chucky ing there is too offer... and I have never heard of this. Doesn't mean it's bullshit... but it is definitely something to be asked at a future showing.

In a recent Youtube interview, Mancini confirmed at least one rumor was false: that Jesse and Jade were to be killed in the opening of Seed. "Nonsense", he called it.

Haha yeah, I can't see them ever being able to get Katherine Heigl back now that she feels she's "above" the Chucky series lol.
I think I read somewhere, that whenever they try and get Katherine to come back for like a screening of Bride or whatnot, she ALWAYS ignores them

I wish people would stop spreading FALSE information about Katherine Heigl regarding how she feels about Bride of Chucky. When she was talking about it on Letterman she said she had a lot of fun, and when they played a clip, she "got chills". She even favorited Horror-Con's tweet regarding the 16 year anniversary of Bride of Chucky: twitter.com/KatieHeigl/favorites. Just scroll down to October 16th. Cannot cannot cannot stand it when people automatically assume A-listers ignore their earlier horror films. Supposedly Kevin Bacon hates Friday the 13th, but there he was on Jay Leno talking about and being proud of it. Supposedly he hates Tremors(don't know where this came from!) but he in fact would love to be part of a Tremors reboot! Supposedly Paul Rudd hates Halloween 6 but, you guessed it! He doesn't. He is proud to be a part of such a franchise and is disappointed he's never been invited to a convention(probably because they're run by people like the horror fans on the internet who assume the A-listers just hate their early horror work).
