Uh, what?
I don't like Seed, but like certain elements as I have already made clear(score, some kills, opening seven minutes).
Glen was awful by the way, Matt. But he was great in those opening seven minutes. The reasons people dislike him aren't there during his dream sequence.

I agree with you on that point, for sure. Like I could see if I hadn't seen any trailers, and popped Seed in for the first time, where I might think the first few minutes were Chucky.

In regards to Seed, I loved it when I first saw it...when I was 9 years old. Now that I'm older, I've learned that the movie is just terribly done, all around lol.
In Curse, I do like the movie...I just hate Charles Lee Ray's behaviour in it. He just seemed whiny, and I don't know...just seems the Charles Lee Ray we know and love in the other movies wouldn't obsess over a woman and family life

I think Curse was a big improvement from Seed, and I do like it, but there's a few things that bug me about it. My biggest problem is the backstory they added to the movies, and then there's the little things that bugged me like Chucky not bleeding when he got hurt. I get that the movies aren't the best when it comes to continuity, but still... it's annoying for something that actually has been consistent for every movie to just be dropped like that with no explanation.

Yeah, Chucky not bleeding bugged me as well. I understand that they said that they thought stuffing coming out of him was creepy, but I have to disagree, because I find blood creepier because it's unnatural. It's something that shouldn't come out of a doll, lol.

I disagree with it too, the blood was way creepier than the stuffing. Not to mention him not bleeding goes against the whole point of him being in the doll body and slowly turning human inside it and just... yeah. I don't like it.

The part where is head came off had me a little taken back. For starters... how does it stay on his body... rare earth magnets?
Second... we've seen Chucky move dismembered parts as early as CP1... still the way his body moved started out creepy but then looked funny due to it looking like Chucky was busting out a Dubstep spin. Lol.
I for one loved this movie. I see it's flaws and after coming out of the pit we call "Seed of Chucky" you really can't expect things to go off without a hitch. So for what it was I enjoyed it and hopefully they can comeback full swing in Chucky 7.

Those parts specifically stunk to me. The slo-mo felt so out of place, lol. Curse and Seed have many references to one of Don's fav directors: Brian De Palma. Ok, Mancini isn't De Palma, but i like that scene, i like the stilized vision of Chucky Don's have (different generes references, cool photography, Chucky as main character, etc.). It's a new concept of the killer doll we love. I love to see different movies in the franchise, and i think it's interesting. Imagine Chucky doing the same things - kill people, Andy, etc. - over and over. Boring
