1) Chucky on top of Damien, while Tiffany dances. This scene lasts for a good while, and you just know Chucky is alive and ready to strike. The thunder. The creepy, sensual music. The closeups of Chucky's face/eye, and they closer and closer each time. And on the extreme closeup of his eye, you see the veins in his eye already formed. I don't think many people appreciate Peter Pau's work.
2) Tiffany in the oven.
3) The ending.
The best Chucky film by miles and miles and miles.
It's a bonafide horror blockbuster. It's such a big screen, event type movie. We could've had a couple more Chucky films like this had Don not dropped the ball with Seed. That 50/50 balance of horror and comedy was pure gold.
It's smart. It's scary. It's funny. It's entertaining. It looks beautiful. I don't think the franchise will ever get an auteur like Yu behind the camera ever again for one of these films, sadly. Wasn't he rumored to direct Seed?

While I disagree in terms of the best, at least for me personally, it does have a lot of great things going for it, especially adapting the series to a more contemporary setting, This movie didn't really scare me at all, but like the kills were solid work and Ronnie Yu did a great job.

I personally find those scenes funny and in no way can they scare me,it's laughable.

They are a little morbid, at least the first two, so I can see where a sense of scariness comes from, especially when imagining yourself in that situation.
