At 80 minutes, this is the shortest in the entire franchise. And not by much, but it still feels like it needs way more. I wanted ten more minutes at least with The Simpsons. More scenes discussing Andy, calling Grace, being pissed at their inability to have kids on their own, being pissed at the wait-list, etc.
The Simpsons are the two most underrated characters of the franchise, and the most interesting. Foster parents taking in a troubled boy who has a far-fetched story, but is actually telling the truth? So much more could've been done with that instead of repeat routine we got in the movie.

Yeah it is crazy how short this movie is. I never really notice it until I see the actual run time.

Jenny Agutter is second-billed and dies at like the 50 minute mark...

Jenny Agutter was probably second billed for the fact that she is a seasoned actress and this movie wasn't her first rodeo as a scream queen since she was the main actress in "An American Werewolf in London"
At the time she was the biggest star in the movie aside from Brad Dourif lending his voice talents. So I can see why they billed her that way.

Well I wanted way more from her. I love her in An American Werewolf in London and Logan's Run.
