For me:
Bride- David's death. Only one to make me rewind a dozen times. Great for 1998.
Curse- Ian... I mean... c'mon... did you see the look on his face. He actually looked kind of happy.
CP2- Chucky himself because he got seriously messed up.

Oh man, so many to choose from. Some are cool, some are gruesome, some scare me, some wow me…
1) The waterbed double kill from Bride. It's beautiful, inventive and gory. Bride is a gorgeous, expensive movie and they spared no expense with the deaths!
2) Phil from CP2, because of the suspenseful buildup with him walking down the stairs, Chucky's one liner and evil smile, Phil's powerful reaction of disbelief, and the neck snap just looked and sounded nasty.
3) The cop from the beginning of Bride. It was gushing out fast and really red, and the way Tiffany licked the blade after was wonderful.
Runner-ups: The barber from CP3, Tony Gardner from Seed, Kincaid from Bride, and Damien from Bride, Claudia's dad from Seed(the buildup was suspenseful, you didn't know when Glen would strike, and the fact that Glen was attached to his chest all the way down was pretty cool).
