I just had a strange thought. What if... and don't shoot me for saying this... but what if we don't get a Chucky 7 and this was his last ride? Don could change his mind or Universal could even say "nah" when all is said and done.
If so would you be happy with this being the end?
Personally... I can live with this. If Seed were the end... no way. I couldn't see it going down like that. Curse... okay. Here's why. We got to see him alone again, clean looking again, acting like a doll again, scary again, and we saw Andy... again. Yes the film has it's flaws with continuity and Chucky having an odd look at times but I think it did justice to the franchise overall.

I would be fine with it for the most part, as I would like the unanswered questions at the end to be answered somehow, but other than that, if they did decide to call it a day, it would be a good way to go out.

Yeah, better end to the series than Seed, but it still left a lot of plotholes. But it would mean it ends once and for all with Andy killing Chucky, which, in my opinion, is the only way it should end.

I think this could work as a final goodbye.I mean we for Andy and seeing Charles Lee Ray as a human again.Also the post credit scene would be a nice finale for the two most popular characters in the series.Not only was he scary again but he took things to a new level.

So far it looks promising though. Don Mancini actually tweeted me and another guy earlier today saying he was still writing Chucky 7

Good, I will be okay with this being the end. I would like to see a lot of the time gaps though. But with the credit scene still being the end.

I say they should make a web series to see what happened before Curse. Like Chucky being ressurected.Then they can do short films showing what happened during the 6 month time gap.
For the hell of it they should make a CP2.5 movie like they had in the comics. I mean... there was an 8 year gap in storyline... who is to say Chucky didn't have a little adventure before his ressurection in CP3.

Maybe his soul was put in a diffrent good guy at the end of Childs Play 2, He kills in the new good guy body but then again is killed. But when the blood gets into the wax his soul his pulled to that same blood again.

I would not think about messing it up iether. I was supporting the idea of between Child's Play 2 and Child's Play 3.

Well that would take away from CP2 for me, because as smngry said, it'd mess up continuity. If anything span Seed from Curse.
