For those of you who didn't know. There were rumors of a possible resurrection scene. When I heard this,I was quite interested. That would have been cool to see another resurrection after seed.Even though seed's resurrection was "weak".If it possible,I wouldn't mind seeing another resurrection in a future film because they were always interesting and unique.

I would have enjoyed a resurrection scene very much.

I wish there was a resurrection scene, it would have answered so many questions about how we got Chucky back.

I wouldn't mind one for part 7 because that is a possibility especially for a bullet to the face,I wouldn't get high hopes for that but who knows? It would be pretty cool

Yeah, assuming that is part of Curse and not Chucky 7. It'd also depend on that whole "human or doll" thing which Curse has confused many about.
Maybe they can't think of ideas on how to resurrect him without seeming repetitive. I mean we got the toy company rebuilding him in CP2. In CP3, it was some bizarre chain of events that led to him being resurrected. Tiffany rebuilt him in Bride, and Glen brought him back in Seed. So yeah, maybe they feel like they don't have anything else in the tank. I mean Tiffany was kind of a crazed fanatic of his along with being a lover, so they gets 2 angles right there. One quick reason that comes to mind is a past victim resurrects him to just make his life a living hell or something, like revenge.

He doesn't need resurrecting for part 7 though, not if like Don said it follows up hot on the heels of Curse.
Gonna be interesting to see how Don does the whole mental hospital thing

Yeah it definitely will, I feel it will be a really good match for a sequel

Presumably we don't need a resurrection scene. My only gripe with it being in a mental institution is that it was done in part before in the original when Andy was all dopey.

Yeah, I think a mental hospital has all types of potential. Really interested to see if that's the route it's going to go.

This mental hospital theme sounds great but how would it really tie in with where the last one left off. I just don't want to be confused but I would love to see if Andy will appear again in this one.

I remember thinking to when we thought that Curse was going to replace Bride and Curse and pick up where CP3 left off. Kinda like an alternate reality where Tiffany never turned into a doll.
So I thought they were going to show her or someone getting his chopped remains. Lol.
Maybe showing Tiffany build him again would have been too redundant which is why we didn't get a resurrection... but it's nice to think about.
I think it'd be funny if Andy were in the next film and Chucky burns his face but doesn't kill him which in leads him to needing reconstructive surgery. When the bandages come off... It's Justin Whalin. Lol.
