It looks... polished. In the movie there was one shot of the outside doors and it was when Karen tried chasing Chucky. It was cold, dark, and in a bad neighborhood. Very uninviting... this looks inviting. lol.

I wonder if they re-did any of the apartments in there. Yeah, it has new cement in the front and the doors do look more shiny than in the movie. I wonder if they still have the same elevator.

I wonder what the actual rent is on a place like this, and also if it's even higher due to it being in a movie, or if it's high-demand or something.

I think that it would be a cool selling point to say it's been in a movie, yet a lot of people don't like horror movies so it may be a turn off to them...
I'd rent it though lol
