Ok so,we see Tiffany insert Chucky's sperm into jennifer and two babies are born.one a girl and the other a boy.the girl eventually becomes Glenda.Which means glen the doll transferred his soul into the boy.Knowing the voodoo if Chucky switched bodies with a human,the human would die.So does this mean the soul of the baby boy died when glen transferred his soul into him?Does that make sense?

Dude a lot of this movie kind of made the voodoo thing more confusing. After Tiffany transferred her soul into Jennifer Tilly... the doll still was alive before Chucky axed it. I always assumed that they swap bodies because of this. I also assume Glen had the split personality thing going and transferred his soul into both children. The innocence and kind part into Glen, and the insane, killer part into Glenda.

I would assume the baby's soul died since Chucky usually implies it.

I think the two souls ended up in Glen and they either got rid of the doll... or kept it hidden. I mean Tiffany and Jennifer switched so I can see the same thing happening to them.
