I was thinking that in the beginning of CP3 we see his head scream. Mind you this was his Unfinished head so it begs to question... Did he have to wait to be finished being assembled? Also... did it hurt?
We know a metal skull is supposed to go under the skin that is his head... and eye's, hair, etc. I want to think it didn't hirt because of how freshly resurrected he was but still... creepy when you think about it.

According to the novel he has to kinda relearn how to move and stuff. But of course that has a different opening.

Relearn... now that's an interesting concept. Almost makes it sound like being in a doll is a completely different ball of wax which we already know.
Almost makes it sound like he is more or less a soul manipulating a doll by concentration as opposed to the doll being part of his own being.
I am probably not making sense but picture it like driving a car. We make the car move but we can't feel every aspect of it like we can our own bodies.

Well it was also a brand new body for him, as well as like an 8 year hiatus for Chucky.

Well let's just say if he was frozen in that melted plastic and conscious throughout the duration of that process I guess anyone would need to relearn how to use their mobility. I just find it to be an interesting concept. Almost adds a whole new layer to how his voodoo works.

That part...
That part right there where he's just a head and it comes to life and screams...
That's how I feel every morning!

Well I mean it can be similar to like muscleman atrophy. Hell I remember not being able to participate in gym class for 12 weeks after jaw surgery in 11th grade, and when I finally was able to, I felt like I was re-learning how to use some of my muscles to play basketball, lol.
