I didn't put it here to discuss the fact that it's up for grabs but rather the fact of it's physical appearance. It makes me wonder how this was originally meant to be used and if it was going to be connected to Chucky's voodoo. I kinda like thus design better because it has more of a voodoo look where the Amulet in Bride has more of a goth look to it.

Of course it can be argued that there can be more then one HoD but either way we do have to wonder what significance it was going to hold before being scrapped in CP1

Cool but I like the amulet's look better. It was probably going to also be used the way it was in Bride.

Maybe it was and the set up was there with Chucky going to his mentor to find out how he can get out of the doll. They cpuld have used this instead but then that would make his task way harder because he'd have to search for the Heart of Damballa every time he was alive... which can be harder than trying to transfer his soul into someone that he can transfer into.
