I really liked the fact that in Curse, we had four different looks. These included the Good Guy, the talking clean Chucky, stitched Chucky, and scarred Chucky as seen in the trailer. My personal favorite has to be Chucky from the trailer. I wish that was his look in the movie, unstitched, but with a gash on his eye. It was extremely unsettling to me! What was your favorite?

I gotta agree with you on his trailer look. I wasn't a fan of the stitches, but a clean face with a bruised and beaten eye looked really eerie and balanced to me. I also don't know if this counts as an actual look he had, but I think my favorite facial of his was this 5 second shot of him as he watched Jill fry to her death:

I kind of liked his Good Guy Doll look. I mean sure it wasn't as good as the first 2 movies, but considering it was different people making the doll, and it's been so many years since we've seen a solid Good Guy doll, it was pretty good.

I actually liked his look after his stiches were revealed but prior to him exposing his bloody eye. Basically when he first came to life in front of Barb.

When Sara first opens the box, it's like "welcome home". I loved the Good Guy look, they just nailed it. I was a little pissed how they made it so he was wearing a mask the whole time, and hid it from us in the trailers, but I thought he looked splendid throughout

I'd like to see Don Mancini beg Kevin Yagher to return to the series for Chucky 7 though

Agreed, if they could somehow recreate the look from Child's Play 2, it would be so awesome.

Or just use the awesome puppet that was in the Radio Shack commercial.

Agreed, but knowing our luck, it's already tied down by countless legal rights and whatnot and soon will be shipped to a warehouse to be locked down with the stuff from the original Child's Play.

I tend to think that Chucky looked the best in the scenes with the Good Guy look, mainly because I really didn't like how he looked in the rest of the movie....the Good Guy look was the closest to the Chucky we know and love, everything else just looked bad.

I liked ALL the looks Chucky had in Curse and I have never had a problem with Chucky having stitches. I am just so sick of all the hate that the stitched version of Chucky has. Don was just trying to please both sides of fans.

Stitched just doesn't do it for me man, sorry. About 95% of people I talk to agree with me when I say the stitches make him less creepy and scary. It takes away from his perceived innocence of just being nothing but a doll. But I mean different strokes for different folks.

The stitched look was good for Bride. Made perfect sense considering the way he died in CP3. I get why and How it was done that way for Seed, but eventually, the stitches got to go. It just makes no sense for him to keep coming back with that exact damage. We even saw in Curse how it wasn't the same to keep it in line with the plot.
I respect the stitched look for what it is, but ultimately I agree with Spanky in the sense that it takes away his element of surprise. If I was a doll all stiched up like that I'd walk away from it and go hug Lotso Bear... who is even more evil... but unsuspecting.

Yeah,. it's like having that stitched doll around, most people are already going to be on edge. And no parent, well no legit parent, would get their kid a doll like that, as hardcore as you think you might be, lol. If it's gonna deal with kids, then it definitely has to have a clean look.

IDK some parents might. I have been seeing more and more 4 year olds with mohawks because their parents think it's cool. Usually I see this a lot at Walmart. So some weird parent out there would get their kid a doll like that. They make onezies with Marylin Manson on them... I imagine a stitched Good Guy would cater to those who would put a Marylin Manson onezie on their child.
