The scene on top of Andy's dresser really cements this movie as his best look, for me at least.

Probably the best transition from doll to alive in the entire series, in my opinion.

I don't want to knock was they were going for in Curse by making the puppet look like the happy go lucky Good Guy... but it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.
I thought the scene with him and Alice under the blanket looked good... but dresser scene in CP2 is the best by far.

While id say his CP2 look is great, I will forever prefer his CP1 look. To me its the creepiest.

I would say it's a tough call between CP 1&2 for best looks but I will say this, Curse takes the cake for worst appearance.
