Kind like how MGM and Universal have rights to different films in the franchise... Mezco and NECA have rights to different products and this is Mezco's latest offering.

Sadly, I missed out on their previous Vinyls, but this one is a definite purchase. I love how it comes with CP2, and CP3 head and weapon options and whilst not as detailed as some of NECA's latest offerings, they really nailed a CP2 head sculpt which no company has done this far.

Glad go see both companies putting some serious effort into Chucky.
