Mezco 15" Child's Play "Pizza Face" Chucky Doll

Hey guys, despite not seeing much at SDCC 2018 from Mezco in terms of Chucky merchandise it looks like we're still getting this new CP3 doll which is now up for pre order.

Really not sure where the demand is at for this doll. Not saying it isn't a nice piece to have in your Chucky collection, but for me personally, I am going to have to pass. Under normal circumstances, I'd buy this, but having 7 kids to feed, a home to maintain, and more importantly... The fact that I already paid up front for the the Trick or Treat Studios Good Guy Doll and have the NECA Bride of Chucky 2 pack to look forward to... my Chucky merchandise thirst is well quenched. NTM $100 is a lot for a doll sproting a look he had on screen for maybe 20 minutes at best. I'll probably take that $100 to get Mezco's One12 Michael Myers figure because other killers need love too. So they'll still get my money regardless. Lol.

Still, this is an awesome doll, and will delight fans of CP3 and of this look for Chucky. I think Mezco did a great job on this one and it looks scary as hell.

I think it's an amazing piece and I can't wait to get it.

Wonder what they might end up doing next as they are running out of Chuckys to do.

Wouldn't be surprised if we get burnt Chucky and Tiffany.

I think I'd be okay with them making a Glen/Glenda doll.

I know there was a lot of Seed hate over the years, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a contributor, but I think now that it's long history and seeing where the franchise is at now... I've grown new appreciation for the film and even respect Don Mancini's decision to not erase it, which was a harder task.

I think companies almost grow hesitant to touch the Glen character due to the fact Seed caused backlash from long time fans, and because it did poorly box office wise.

Personally, I think enough time has past that if the wanted to extend the merchandise by including Glen/Glenda, I'd be perfectly okay with it.

If NECA decided to make an Ultimate Glen, I'd have no problem adding him to my collection.
