That's been making the rounds too. That movie sounds like a crazy 80's/90's nostalgia trip. I'm guessing that's about as much Chucky as we get in the movie and some people are going to be very disappointed because he's not in there for like 90 minutes, lol.

I'm just happy that he is in it at all.
I've always felt Chucky didn't get enough recognition as an icon as the rest of the famous slashers of the 80's.
Between decent success of the last two films, the radio shack ad, companies actually giving a crap about how merchandise looks, and now this... Chucky's status as an icon is at an all time high. Even if just a 10 second appearance he is going to be one of the first cross over slasher characters in a high profile movie.
Granted, it's all Universal owned properties, but they got Freddy too who isn't so naturally they're going to promote their products. Still, they felt Chucky was important enough to be in this.
I think this is fucking great!
