I don't want a reboot personally, because as much of a fan I am of the series, the fanbase is already divided and hostile enough. I don't want to ensure another dimension of "if you're a true Chucky fan" bullshit. Too late, jackass! It seems like only me and possibly junkroxy are the TRUE Chucky fans. Between Cult being leaked last month and now this,I know where I truly stand. I made sure that people who were all butthurt about the leak got what was coming to them which was if they talked shit, then I would spoil the film. Those dumbasses forgot that UNIVERSAL leaked CURSE for a very brief time so it's the pot calling the kettle black. I'm surprised you didn't even mention the leak which was very smart on your part. And I bet none of you actually ENJOYED Cult and just nitpicked it to death like the over-critical motherfuckers you are. I bet you'll be the same way for part 8 and beyond. Don himself is defending Seed and so will I to the bitter end. If I ever meet Don,I'll tell him that I love all the films and especially Seed. I wish there was a forum which had a rule that states and I fucking quote,"NO SEED BASHING OR YOU'RE BANNED". That's the Chucky Forum I'd be proud to be a member of any day of the week including twice on Sunday. Trick or Treat, motherfuckers!

I've spoken to Don Mancini personally, many times, and mentioned my dislike of Seed. I've given him my opinion and he is fine with people doing so, as long as it is done in a peaceful and constructive manner. Of course he's going to defend Seed, that was his baby. That was probably the most personal entry on his part. As for everybody being over critical, well what can I say? Just because we're not sheep, blindly following and applauding everything in the Chucky series (even Seed) doesn't make us any less of a fan. Seed was the reason we didn't see another Chucky film for nine years and the resulting sequels went straight to DVD. There's no disputing that. It very nearly killed the series off. Does that sound like the work of a fantastic instalment in the Child's Play series?

Seed is most important to promote Chucky in the LGBT audience, and this is because Don is more attached to his creature. I don't like rude people and haters, you can judge things and talk about movies with passion and critical tone, but love other people's opinion as well. Respect is the only rule.
