Personally, I think this scene looks great. Chucky looks really good. I like the part at 1:05. I guess it was kinda pointless, so it was cut? What do you think?

I think it wasn't added because it kind of slows down the pace of the movie. It was interesting though, showing Carlos selling pictures of Nica to get money. Kind of complicates his character a little bit, because at times he seemed super nice, but then this makes him look like a dick.
