So apparently, somebody claims (like they all do right) that Andy's appearance at the end of Curse is indeed canon and that it will be addressed in Cult.
What I want to know is how. If Andy's appearance at the end of Curse was six months following Nica's ordeal, then Cult takes place four years after that, then how can they work Andy's Curse cameo into it?
I suggested maybe Andy's cameo was for fan closure as with Curse going straight to DVD maybe the powers that be weren't sure whether Curse word be the final entry.

I can see it as pretty plausible because Chucky has come back from death 5 times now, so what's one more? Tiffany is still around to rebuild him, and same with Glen/Glenda.
I figure either Chucky didn't immediately die after that scene with Andy (remember how Chucky didn't even bleed when Nica stabbed him), and somehow got away. This is what brings Andy back into the picture for Cult, because he now knows Chucky is alive and out there.

It would be nice if that gets explained. If course we didn't see him die a gruesome death so I am sure we won't get any resurrection scene again.
Hell, there are ppl who still ask about Chucky's arm choking Glen on his birthday.
No explanation so I can see them including and dismissing the Andy scene at the send of Curse

Hell, with how advanced toys and shit are nowadays, they could write it off as that not even being Chucky, just a doll remotely controlled by Tiffany.

I get the impression that Andy's first going to suspect something when the following happens...
A potential partner is grilling him about his past, which he has refused to delve into in great detail so far. She mentions something about Chicago, maybe the year 1988 and he sighs with a smile and guesses correctly that she's googled him.
They both leave and later that night Andy Google's his name to see what comes up. One article leads to another, the next he knows he's finding a Chucky related news segment from four years ago, the claims of Nica Pirce documented and stirring Andy into visiting her. When he does, it is right as all hell breaks loose.
That would be a good way to do it in my opinion
