Curse's look

I think curse is the best looking film in the series

It terms of what exactly? If referring to Chucky himself, I gotta say CP2 has a superior look.

If you are talking about the actual look of the film (Cinematography and so forth), then for me it's a tie between Bride and Curse. Another thing about Curse is that it was shot digitally, rather than on film, so it has a modern but visually stunning look as well.

not in terms of how chucky looks but in terms as being beautifully shot digitally.

I have to say that for as outlandish as it was... Seed had some really nice shots.
