Really depends on the budget I think. But bigger budget means bigger expectations.

I don't mind them sticking to the S2DVD format... and even at that most S2DVD features get a limited theater release. My local theater was showing "Sharknado" in 3D for a weekend. lol.

I just hope they get a bigger budget for the next one so we can get different environments. My only suggestion this time around would be is if they make the puppet not look like the Good Guy. I understand they were trying to go for smoother transistions, but it was still noticeable anyway. Or make the Good Guy look less happy like they did in CP2. It made for more smoother transitions and that was 24 years ago.

I really want to have to go to the cinemas to see it, but I kinda doubt it'll happen, most of the people I talk too these days, apart from my parents, even know who Chucky is... So I doubt they'd send a sequel to the cinemas... but heres hoping!

Yeah, it's a really small niche, and I mean us fans can sit here and be all "ermergerd it should be in theaters", but it's all gonna boil down to potential revenue, plain and simple. If it's gonna make Hollywood's nut, then it'll be in theaters, if not, it won't

I hope so, I have never seen a Chucky movie in theaters. I would love to at least once.

Yeah, I've never seen a Chucky film in theaters before either. I remember trying to see Seed in theater, but I was only 14 at the time and the dude at the theater wouldn't let me and my friend see it unless my friend's mom was with us, but she wanted to just drop us off and buy us the tickets and give them her permission for us to see it, but they didn't have any of it.
