Yeah, I think a Blu Ray for CP1 was released back in 2008 along with the DVD for the 20th Anniversary. I've never seen it in person, but it has been released apparently. I don't think separate Blu-Rays for CP2, CP3 or Bride have been released. From what I've seen online, they may have been released in other parts of the world, but I don't think they have in America. I could be wrong though.

So far,the special features are all the ones from the 20th Anniversary DVD and the Tom Holland commentary. Shout! Factory says more will be revealed closer to the release.
