The good guy picture on every 1 million boxes where there was suppose to be a window with a doll looking through. Were we suppose to assume these were all real dolls? If not, then why a picture of one? Of course they did not have enough money to put a doll in every box. Could it be just boxes not yet ready?

I would assume so.
And what do you mean by boxes not ready? Without those boxes how they are, it doesn't create the labyrinth that was a vital part of that factory scene.

I took it as a running change or something they remove once it gets to the store. Like... the clear window is underneath. You know... for shipping purposes.
I want to be live they were finished product boxes because they strapped, and ready to go on pallets.
Of course the obvious reason is it would have been too costly to make actual dolls or even those hollow shells doll forms.
