What do you imagine the salaries are for the main cast of the movies?
I would think that Alex Vincent received quite a bit more for part 2 then he did for the original. Catherine Hicks back in '88? Not sure. Justin Whalin, maybe 50k? For 'Bride', I would imagine Jennifer Tilly received about half a million dollars. |

Oh ya no doubt Catherine Hicks or maybe even Chris Sarandon got the most in the first one.
As for the second, seeing it was heavily centered around Alex Vincent, I could see he being the highest paid.

I remember reading Jennifer Tilly's diary special feature on the Bride and Seed DVDs and on the Bride one she talks about how for Bride she was offered a rather low amount, since the studio saw her as a voice over actress and they usually make lower sums than regular actors/actresses. She ended up getting a larger amount, and half a million doesn't seem too out there, I'm sure she was the highest paid actress in Bride, and even Seed for that matter. I think the same thing happened during Seed, though Jennifer nearly lost out on the part because the studio thought she was demanding too much money for the type of role, lol.

David Kirschner and Don gave her some of their money to get her for Bride. Everybody on the crew for Seed took pay cuts so that Jennifer could get her money. They felt it was only fair as she was going to be lampooning herself.
Bride, my gut instinct wants to say 300k. In 1998 money.

I'd say it was worth it, because I really can't see anyone else playing Tiffany but Jennifer Tilly.

I'd like to think that Brad Dourif got a decent amount for the first movie. He appeared in it physically and had a decent resume under his belt. NTM he was nominated for a supporting role in "One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"
Granted... he did a majority in a voice recording studio but we've also seen him work physically on set. Even standing on his knees. So it isn't like they only had to pay him for only a day.
