If CP3 did not exist, and CP2 was the stopping point until 'Bride of Chucky', how do you think the writer and producer would have still accomplished the stitched up appearance of Chucky even though he would have never been cut up?

Well they wouldn't.
They didn't have him chopped up at the end of the third film just so they could bring him back stitched.
He came back stitched because he was chopped up at the end of the third film.
The stitches wouldn't exist if it weren't for CP3

Yeah, the closest thing to being stitched would be the hand he ripped off in CP3. Otherwise his remains weren't really re-usable.

I bet he would of looked like a new Good Guy. Like Tiffany could have put his blood from his remains into another doll. Which I am sure there were a few completed dolls laying around.
Although he might have looked a bit dingy since the factory was shut down for 8 years.
