First off, here is my take of the timeline for CP1-3.
CP1 November 1988 (In Bride of Chucky, it confirms that by Charles Lee Ray's grave marker) CP2 Sometime in 1990 CP3 Sometime between November 1998 and March 1999. (Andy allegedly turned 6 in November 1988, and is wholly 16 in this movie). Plus, the weather depicted in CP3 makes it seem sometime between November-March.
Bride of Chucky:  ? Exactly or approximately how much time is spent between Chucky getting cutting up in the fan and then retrieved from the police locker at the start of Bride of Chucky? An hour? A few hours? A few days? Weeks? Several months? A year?
For some esoteric reason, the discreet chronological lapse in the story world between CP3 and Bride of Chucky has always intrigued me. |

Well CP3 was mean to take place like 7-8 years after CP2, so the events of CP3 would pretty much go back-to-back with Bride, which isn't too unbelievable.

Nov 1988 - Flashback scenes from Curse with Sarah in the basement. Chucky chased by Mike Norris and killed. Events of CP1 Summer 1990 - Chucky resurrected. Events of CP2 Early Autumn 1998 - Chucky resurrected once more. Events of CP3 Late autumn 1998 - Chucky's remains end up with Tiffany. I picture the time between CP3 and Bride to be a month minimum. Giving tiffany time to hear about the events, become friendly with officer Bailey and arrange to lay him for lifting the evidence. Spring 2004 - Glen resurrects Chucky and Tiffany. Seed then takes place over space of a few days. May 2013 - Events of Curse. I figure this takes place in March/April because I guess there's a period of legal proceedings between Nica's arrest and sentencing. So say she's sentenced around about April/May time, the 6 months later bit towards the end takes place around Andy's birthday, which we know is November. November - 6 months = May |

I believe Don Mancini has confirmed that Bride takes place only a few weeks after CP3.
They probably weren't thinking about the time lime when making these films. At first I thought Bride took place in 2008 because Tiffany said "It took me 10 years to find you" but then I figured she was referring to his initial human death. She probably assumed him to be fully dead until the first news story about a "killer doll" I am sure this prompted her to track him down because even Chucky didn't know of the soul transfer would actually work.
Also don't for get 2009... when Chucky's arm attacked Glen.

I think your timeline is pretty accurate, but yeah I always just assumed Bride took place very soon after CP3 given the whole "ten years" line Tiffany says. 1988-1998, I don't know. Lol
