What Happens To Chucky's Soul When He Dies?

So this is just a crazy thought I had just now...



What do you think happens to Chucky's soul when he dies?




Do you think it stays trapped inside the lifeless doll until his next resurrection? Or in the case of CP3, with the doll being completely destroyed, does it go into some type of afterlife, in some sort of limbo? Or do you think something different happens?

I thought we had a thread on this already? Oh well, but like from the novel(s), it seems like he goes into some sort of purgatory, like some suspended state like a coma.

To my understanding, the part in Bride when he looks at Chief Kincade with nails in his face and says "Why does that look so familiar?" is a direct Pinhead/Hellraiser reference.

So if this be the case it is possible that he goes to a special place in hell where he is tortured. Of course his questioning implies he doesn't remember it when being alive. So maybe his soul goes to place where it feels like eternal torture.
