I think Seed would have done better if it came out prior to Halloween. It came out like Nov 9th and I think people weren't in the mood.
I remember seeing it opening day and it didn't even pack a theater. I saw it again two weeks later as a matter of principle, even though it left a bad taste in my mouth (pun fully intended)... and I was the only one sitting in the theater. Aside from this old dude who walked on half way, watched for 20 minutes, then left. Lol.
So yeah... they should stick stick to a Halloween release.

Definitely. By November 1st I am usually pretty tuckered out on horror movies for a while.

I can watch horror movies any time of the year, but they work especially well in September/October, what with Halloween and all that.
