What could this show have been about?
I'm guessing it would be something along the lines of Care Bears where the Good Guys go around doing good deeds by befriending lonely children. At least that's the jist I got from the one clip we actually got to see.
Also the program and everything involved was called "Good Guys" meaning more than one. So did they all look the same? Did they have an Arch Nemesis?
Either way... very good depiction of what an 80's children's television program was like. Right Oscar?

I see it more like the Mario Bros. Super Show from the late 80's where part of it was live action and parts were animated.
I bet their arch nemesis were the Bad Guys. Lol.

Well I was more or less talking the TV show portion where it's the dude in the giant costume. As for the cartoon part, yeah it'd be like the SMB or even Waldo show.

Yeah, very 80s... considering it was made in the late 80s. Lol.
The guy in the costume was one of the scariest things in the movie.

I literally pictures a CareBears carbon copy with the Good Guys show, even the whole hot air balloon clip we saw in the beginning was a spin off of Care Bears it seemed...I mean, didn't they have a magical hot air balloon? Lol
