I think it would have been interesting to see Andy's dreams and maybe see flashbacks.Right before andy wakes up to discover Chucky has tied him to the bed. We maybe see the police come and pick up Chucky's burned body or a human charles Lee Ray scene.

Well it would have been cool to have a scene right off the get get were Andy is killed by Chucky, then it's revealed it's a dream.
