This is going to sound crazy but here goes.... Ok so,what of Chucky still managed to become human in the doll however you can't hurt him even thought he is human.This sounds extremely crazy but just a thought.

The kind of sounds like it contradicts itself. The main factor of being human is the ability to feel, including pain.

Yeah, I'm not sure how he would still be human if he didn't feel anything. Do you mean he'd still bleed and stuff, but not feel it?

So he'd be emo. Trying to feel something, lol.
So pretty much have a healing factor like Wolverine or Captain America, that would be interesting.
