If Brad died I would cry and probably delete my account here.

No... I will not have you sully my dramatic exit. Even in my absence I am still in command... all hail Megatron. Besides... I'll be back a few days later to see what everyone had to say about my departure. Lol.

I've thought about this before and it's really heartbreaking to think about I'd rather the movies didn't go on without him, they just wouldn't be the same... I'm not sure I'd like to see a remake without him either but that's mostly just me being stubborn. Brad IS Chucky, I couldn't see anyone else doing the character justice.

Yeah, agreed, Brad pretty much IS Chucky. I think one reason is because Brad brings a lot of personality to Chucky. With a villain like Jason Voorhees or Leatherface, they don't talk or anything like that and any actor could play them. With Chucky, it would be replacing a personality, and I don't think any actor, no matter how talented they are, could ever replace Brad Dourif as Chucky, though that's just my opinion, lol.

No remake, no reboot. The series will have been concluded.

Yeah, to have any chucky other than Brad would just seem like a phoney to me

As much as I would hate to see this day come... I will reluctantly accept the job opening.
I promise to do my best to honor the role and legacy.
