How did glen manage to get the heart of Damballa? Clearly from what I remember it was still in the cemetery along where Tiffany and chucky died, thus where glen was born.

Perhaps Psychs grabbed it along with Glen.

That's what I figured as well.

Very convenient. Even more convenient that there is a voodoo passages sculpted on the back. :/

And he only had to say one line and "awake" and it worked...
At least in "Night of the Living Dummy", Slappy had a card with the full thing written down on it.

Heart of Damballa makes all things possible. It can even take tar out of a plush white carpet.
This is where I envy fans that came into this series with this film. I am sure this ressurection looked fantastic... and the eyes were cool looking... but it was weak compared to other films.

There was zero thought went into the important stuff in this movie.
Any questions we have regarding this, that and the other, just chalk it off because it's Seed. Nothing about it makes sense. The plot, the script, the resurrection. Nothing in the long run

OK, in all seriousness, the resurrection sequence could have been done better.

I don't think there is actual "Seed Hate" just an unfavorability where it concerns us older fans. I certainly wouldn't exclude it from the series or when I am doing a marathon, but it is from a different planet for us Primes like smngry and myself. lol.
Truth be told... I actually loved this movie upon seeing it, and I even saw it twice in theaters. Yes... it's my least favorite from the series... actually CP3 might be my least but this is on the down part of the list. If anything... it was all the opinions of other guys from other sites that made me like this film less. If just taken as what it is... it's not a bad movie by any means, it just strays too far from orginal concepts. They bounced back so it's cool. Every franchise has it's fair share of schlock so I can forgive this movie for what it is to the series. Nothing worse than Freddy pretending to be the witch from the "Wizard of Oz"... now that was a tragedy.

I'm just not bothered with this movie.
Each to their own I guess.
But this was as far from Child's Play as you could get.
No horror, just straight up comedy, Tilly parodying herself (which no matter how cool that was of her, wasn't my idea of a Chucky movie), then Glen/Glenda. Don't get me started on that freak.
I would never fully hate a Chucky movie, but 99% of me hates this with a passion. I know some may not like me saying this, some may even be 'angered', but we've as much right to talk about the negatives as we have the positives. This is a discussion after all.
I understand people first joined the Chucky train with Bride and Seed, but surely even the most ardent Seed fan has to admit that this film is as far from the Chucky that appeared in the late 80s/early 90s as possible.
All I can say is thank god for Curse. Relaunched the Chucky we all knew and loved. A twisted, evil little psycho

Yeah, man, I totally get why people might be disappointed by Seed. I personally like it, but that's just me. I love both scary Chucky and funny Chucky. Seed wasn't a perfect movie by any means, and it should have had a better balance of horror and comedy. But for what it is, I find it entertaining.

Yeah I guess. I mean these movies are like hooking up with drunk chicks at a party. Seed is just the one with a venereal disease, but you still hooked up, didn't ya?

I triple wrapped it and dived right in. lol. CP1 was a perfect marriage that ended with an unfortunate death.
