This is just the prototype for now. The guy who made this doll is working closely with trick or treat to retain the quality when its mass produced.

The Kickstarter is going to be amazing and it will include a handful of awesome Kickstarter Exclusive Stretch Goals and two Pledge Levels including one that includes a signed Kickstarter Exclusive Certificate for the first 50 dolls signed by Brad Dourif, the voice of Chucky himself. We will also have a Pledge Level for Retailer Stores as well so that no one will be left out. We are finalizing all of the graphic elements of the campaign and other details now and these things take time, so please be patient as we want this to be a success. That being said, the factory is currently making the production molds now, so we are moving forward full force! The image of the doll in the picture in this update is exactly what your getting and there isn't a single piece of this doll that wasn't made from screen used molds and material, in other words, this is as close as you'll ever get to owning a screen used doll. The doll was assemble and put together Chucky Expert, credited in both of the last two Child's Play films, Garrett Zima. From the facebook page they are doing Kickstarter first to offer some exclusive rewards and then normal pre-order will start after.

It's really annoying that no one can produce a Good Guy doll for massive production. It's a doll! This is really sad. I hate when things like this are reserved to a small audience (with money!)  |

I am tempted to contribute, and right now I can afford to spend $500 on a doll... Doesn't mean I want to.
I was hoping that this was going to be released at a $200 price point. Yes, I know how expensive it is for ppl to make one doll, but this is a company that makes products on a mass scale. The H2 Myers mask wasn't being sold for $300 like the Warlock masks... Because it was a mass product.
I can only guess that making this doll isn't as cut or dry.
