Kettlewell definitely. That was just like the most brutal and evil kill for me. But now as an adult, you see some of the kills, and it's like "ya... maybe they deserved it". Of course I am talking figuratively, because I know it's a movie, obviously I wouldn't want a certain peraon to be slaughtered because of just being mean like Kettlewell.

For me it was David's death in Bride. Only because that shit can happen to anyone at anytime and it was the one time Chucky... and Tiffany too... weren't even trying. The CGI in that shot for it being 1998 was well executed as it was a quick and simple kill. It was so fast yet so slow at the same time. I remember watching it with my friends and them rewinding it and rewatching it because they too were stunned by it.
Also the shot of them driving away and seeing nothing but blood and bits and pieces of what used to look like a perfectly fine pizza made it even more graphically disturbing. It one of those kills where David probably didn't even feel pain but the aftermath of it just looks awful.

I found that part to be too funny to be disturbing for me.

Of course you did...
I actually can't even watch Kettlewell's death. That is maybe the only kill or aspect of Chucky at all that I find deeply deeply disturbing. I have a very vivid imagination and I just can't even lol

As far as Chucky himself being disturbing... his apartment in CP1. Next time any of you watch it just hit the pause button and take a look around. The guys is definitely twisted. Also... I wonder if something with dolls and voodoo (aside from voodoo dolls, lol) go hand in hand according to the CP mythios. I say this because he does have dolls and mannequins in his apartment... WHY?
So I mean for as funny as he was in some films, even to the point where you can picture yourself hanging out with him... just remember... This guy is a couple can's short of a six pack.

The most disturbing part for me in the franchise is when Chucky's unfinished head screams at the opening of CP3. Gives me the creeps now just as it did then.

That was a little fucked up. So basically that means he had to sit there... alive, waiting to be finished.
Also it goes kind of in hand with what was supposed to be the original opening to CP3. In which 2 kids break into the shut down Good Guy factory and whilst messing around they come across a piece of Chucky's face and it snaps at them. It almost suggests that he never died at the end of CP2... that he is just stuck there.
So combine that with the screaming head... it make for a really creepy sequence.

That part in CP2 when he rips off his own hand was pretty intense as well.

For me it would be Father Frank's death in curse, and the garbage man from cp 3...especially the garbage man, the way his arm cracks made me sick.
