Yeah, like it was pretty disappointing. The doll is just like a taunting tactic / something it kind of latched onto because that's what Annabelle was holding when she died. Realistically anything with some sort of supernatural form would decimate anything from the Chucky universe, lol. Because the only supernatural aspect cannon to the Chucky universe is the ability to transfer souls, but mortality is still the end result.
