Yeah chucky did some dick things to Tiffany and one can argue that his behaviour at the end of Seed was his own selfish thinking but in the same breath love is more than capable to make people do selfish things

Yeah I just can't help but think Chucky and Tiffany Cullen when "true love" is brought up in this franchise

At least Chucky doesn't sparkle and Tiffany doesn't make the same face for 80 minutes.

I think Chucky loves her in his own twisted way. Like, it's not the actual way to love someone when you think of the word, but... he loves her in the only way I think he possibly could love a woman. I don't see Chucky acting romantic and sweet or anything like that with anyone, because, I mean... he's Chucky.. but the way he apologized to her in Bride, told her he loved her and the way he reacted when Jade pushed her in the oven, I think that's the closest it'd get to him showing "love" for someone. If any of that makes sense.
Their relationship kind of reminds me of The Joker and Harley Quinn.

I'd like to think Chucky loves Tiffany more than The Joker loves Harley Quinn. I've seen him do some bad shit to her. Lol.
I can picture Chucky getting Tiffany a bouquet of severed fingers on Valentine's Day.
I can also picture him getting her a very romantic Hallmark card and scribbling over it in red crayon reading the words "FUCK YOU BITCH!" I think that'd definitely hit her in the feels.

Pretty much, I see what you mean. I just don't see Chucky being too distraught for long if something bad happened to Tiffany, lol.

That is probably my other favourite evil couple. It's funny, I never was a die hard fan of Batman but was always obsessed with Harley Quinn lol.
But yeah, your explanation of what love for Chucky would be is pretty plausible and seems most realistic in my opinion

]Their relationship kind of reminds me of The Joker and Harley Quinn. [ That's actually a really good way to describe it, sweetface. Both relationships are self-destructive in a way, and at the same time, a little bit genuine as well.

But yeah, I think at the end of the day, Chucky does have some type of twisted love for Tiffany, as sweetface pointed out. It's a very interesting relationship, without a doubt. I don't think there is any other fictional relationship in any media quite like this. On a sidenote, I love the discussions this thread has brought out. Very interesting and logical points made by everybody so far.

My view...
Tiffany is way more into Chucky than vice versa.
I get the feeling Chucky likes having her at his beckoned call, meanwhile the cold shoulder treatment from Sarah Pirce is something he's probably not used to that sparks a fire inside of him. The thrill of the Chase basically leads to an obsession where she is concerned.
As for Tiffany...
When there's biscuits in the tin, where's the fun in biscuits?

I'd like to squeeze Tiffany's biscuits.
